Garden

Our first harvest and we saw 2nd graders eager to get to the front of the line to taste fresh tomatoes and cucumbers! The Bill Roberts School learning garden has exceeded our expectations and will be a valuable tool to teach kids just how fun and healthy eating straight from the ground really is.

PROUD of our Garden!

Through a year-long effort in 2014-15 by the Wellness and Garden committees as well as the unwavering support of both our administration and our DPS sustainability team, Bill Roberts has a flourishing vegetable garden that is used in curriculum across grade-levels, allowing our teachers to bring more science and community building lessons into the classrooms.
