Submissions to Bill Roberts PTA Thursday Notes

If you want to send information to include in Thursday Notes, send an email. Please note the policy on community event listings and flyers listed below.

  • Entries are due by Tuesdays before 5 p.m. to be included in the next Thursday edition. If an entry comes after 5 p.m., it will automatically go in the following week.
  • Any entry may be edited for length or fit/tone/voice.
  • An entry will usually run two weeks max so that we are staying relevant with “new” news for our families.
Thursday Notes Ad Rates

All advertisements in Thursday Notes must be 40 words or less, including website and contact information. No photos, logos, flyers, or attachments. Maximum of 4 ads per school year.

Business products/services must be 100% relevant to the parents or students of Bill Roberts School. The PTA Board has the right to refuse any business or business offering if found not to align with the school/PTA objectives.

The funds raised directly support the PTA’s endless effort to help maintain the high level of school performance at Bill Roberts.

School Flyers/Inserts for School Folders

Due to the time and labor necessary for school volunteers to distribute and insert flyers into the more than 900 weekly parent folders, flyers will not be accepted.
